WHM/cPanel Ops Support Specialist

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on WHM/cPanel hosting experience.
• Minimum 5 years of Linux system administration experience.
• Minimum 3 years of Cloud Linux (LVE, CageFS, etc.) experience.
• Ability to listen to, identify, and solve, customer problems.
• Extensive experience of Apache, MySQL, Perl, PHP, Bash, Exim, iptables, and automation experience.
• Strong understanding of Linux system administration tools and security procedures.
• Ability to use backup programs (rsync, R1Soft) verify disk integrity, and maintain system files.
• Perform daily log analysis and preventive maintenance on servers.
• Identify, analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve server performance issues.
• PHP or Perl development kills is preferred.
• Participate in writing knowledge base articles for commonly presented issues.
